Small stool or bench made from recycled vintage teak, roughly 60 x 30 x 43 cm.

Before it became a stool, this piece of teak likely did harder, plainer work — perhaps as part of a pallet, a crate, or a piece of furniture too worn to keep its original shape. We rescue what’s left of the wood and rebuild it into something low and sturdy, where the old grain gets to matter again.

Sizes vary slightly from one stool to the next, generally around 60 centimetres wide and 43 centimetres high — enough for a footrest, a plant stand, or extra seating when the table runs out of chairs. Since every piece is unique, we are happy to send photos before shipping so you can choose your favourite.
