Every morning, women would pour flour into these wide, shallow wooden trays, kneading and pressing dough into the curved edges before leaving it to rise — a quiet, rhythmic act repeated across generations. Each parat in our collection has been handpicked from Rajasthan and arrives with its own story written into the grain — in the wear of the wood, the patina of the rim, the gentle curve shaped by years of use. Sizes vary naturally between 30–40 cm inside diameter, with handles bringing the total width to approximately 45–52 cm. No two are alike.
