Low stools like this one were pulled up to the fire, sat on while cooking, and left wherever they were last needed.

Each is shaped from solid wood and each has settled differently — one leans a little, another has a seat worn into a shallow dip. Use it as a seat, as a small table beside a chair, or as a stand for a pot of something green. Muebles vintage restaurados.
