From the sun-baked workshops of Rajasthan comes a technique older than most kingdoms: dhabu printing, where a paste of clay and natural minerals is applied by hand before the fabric meets its dye. The mud resists, the colour holds, and what emerges is something no machine could replicate — a lotus rendered in warm sand tones, carrying the quiet authority of a craft passed down through generations.

Each cover is block-printed by hand, which means the pattern breathes. Lines shift fractionally, pressure varies, the mineral pigment settles in its own way across the weave. These are not flaws — they are the signature of a made object, proof that a human hand was here. The 100% cotton cloth holds the colour softly, with a texture that improves with every wash.

At 50×50cm, it fits a standard European insert and works as easily on a linen sofa as on a sun-bleached terrace chair.
